Due to the demand, nay, RIOT to get into F.R.A.G. v6.0, LouZiffer has worked some floorspace magic and come up with 14 more seats. This means we have one open seat and everyone who was waiting to get in, is now in.

We also have changed the hour at which we are going to allow walk-ins to noon. That means that if you havn't payed and you want to get a seat for sure, you need to show up between 10:00am and 12:00pm on Saturday.

Stay tuned!

Do you need a copy of the waiver before you show up? You can find links to download this waiver on the rules page, or simply click here. If you are under 18, you will need to have a parent sign the waiver as well as yourself.

I've heard a few people say that F.R.A.G. is nothing but Q3 this time around. It's a lie! Heh. I know the details page says our primary tournament is Q3 CTF, and that is true. But we will be running many other tournaments for UT and other games. During the party we *WILL* be activly running servers for Q3, UT, and Counter-Strike and others if requested.

We have never been a single game party and frankly, the staff thinks that would be kinda boring. So, as usual, we will be hosting other games and if you have a game you want to see, feel free to e-mail me or any other staff and let us know. You can even let us know at the party and we'll see what we can do. If there are any other questions, let me know.

We hope to see you all at the next F.R.A.G. Be cool.

Here are the exact details on the registry, the waiting list, and walk-ins. [Revised July 5th, 2000]

When you register and take up one of the available 74 slots, you are reserving a single seat for yourself... but that seat will opened up to other people at 12:00 noon Saturday unless we've received your entrance fee by then. This means if you show up that morning at 10:00 and pay at the door, you're all set -- the seat is yours for the entire party. The same goes for anyone paying beforehand by mailing us a check. Even if you don't show up at all, that seat is reserved through the entire party as long you've paid your entrance fee.

At 12:00 noon Saturday afternoon we'll let in waiting list players and non-registered walk-ins take any seats that have opened up because of nonpaid no-shows. Because our registry is utterly and completely full this coming party, we can't let any waiting list or non-registered people in before 12:00, so please don't come asking to get in before then if you're not on the full registry. We don't have the available room, we won't be able to let you in, and you'll be forced to wait. However, when 12:00 noon rolls around and some seats are opened up, those players on the waiting list will get first crack at them. That's why it benefits you to get on the waiting list, even though the registry database is full. People on the waiting list can't prepay, because we don't know if there will be space for them to get in.

"But wait!" you say. "I'm registered, but I'm not going to be there until late Saturday afternoon!" Not a problem! To prevent your seat from opening up to walk-ins at 12:00, all you need to do is prepay. Not only does it save you five bucks, but you also guarantee you'll get in no matter what time you show up. Wouldn't it suck to pack up all your gear, haul it over to Burlington, then discover that there's no more room? If you have any doubt, send your money in right now! (The mailing address is on the web page, as always.)

Our registration policy is an attempt to guarantee the highest attendance, but at the same time to present the most fair and convenient system we can to our players. So let me know if you have any thoughts, comments, or suggestions on the topic.

We just opened up 24 new spaces on registration... and most of them are already filled by the folks who were on the waiting list. At the time I'm writing this, there are only 5 seats left available. So if you're reading this and you haven't registered yet... what are you waiting for, man?

Ok, I'm sure people are wondering what's going on. Things have been rather quiet on the pages recently. Despite the problems with F.R.A.G. v5.0, everyone had a blast and v6.0 is our attempt to amplify that same exciting, fun time. That means some changes that I guarantee will make v6.0 THE funnest (yes that's a word when I'm talking) F.R.A.G. yet.

If you havn't signed up yet, get your ass in gear because we're running out of seats fast! Run, DON'T WALK to the registration page!
